Warm Apple Crisp
I need to make a dessert for our family Christmas party tonight and I decided on a super easy Apply Crisp recipe I found on the Food Network.
2) Cut apples and place in a 9 by 12 baking dish. Combine apples, juice of the orange (the recipe calls for lemon juice, but I’ve used the juice of an orange the last 2 times because that is what we had), cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
3) Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter together using your fingers and work until small crumbles form.
4) Sprinkles the graham cracker mixture over the apples and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until apples are just tender and topping is golden brown.
Top off with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.
Like I said, super easy and yummy!
Merry Christmas

Yummy Caramel Dipping Sauce
Wow! I saw this great OH MY GOSH SOOO SOOO YUMMY Buttery Caramel Sauce on the How Does She? blog. It is AWESOME. It is so easy and done within 10 minutes. You should MUST try it.
I don’t know how to describe it except for WOW! Really! The recipe says to put it in the refrigerator to let it cool, but I could not resist. I put it in the refrigerator, cut up an apple and then took it right back out and drizzled it on top and my family and I ate it. They loved it! Check out this blog for the recipe and great pictures of how to make it!
