Tattoo Love

I have none.  I want one, just one.  I’m too afraid to have to commit to a tattoo for the rest of my lift, but there is ONE I really want.  One that I KNOW I can live with FOREVER.  I want my baby girl’s name on the inside of my wrist.  I’ve had weird looks from close friends and relatives, but I want it.  One day, until then…here is a picture of my best friends tattoo, which I love and I think it is sooo pretty!  I’ve seen different tattoos..on-line, in person, in pictures, but this is my absolute favorite!  Don’t you love it?  You should see the detail in the sword the Geisha is holding!

  1. I have...more than five. The one I got unplanned on my 18th b-day was the only one I regretted and I've since had it incorporated into a new one that I love!! If you've given it enough thought I say do it!!! I have my kids' names on my calves and I will never question them. Perfect!

  2. During college I went three different times to get one and never did. Too scared to commit to anything! I don't think you can go wrong with your daughter's name :)

  3. I'm so honored that you put me as an example! I say do it. You should do what YOU want to do. I love my tattoo and the fact that it hides my scar so well. I wish I could be there when you get yours. It's quite an experience no matter how small it is. I hate that we are so far apart. Miss you so much!

  4. Beautiful tattoo! I wish I could commit too. If I ever do something, it'll be very small. I've always joked, since I can't commit, that I'll just get a dot or something. A freckle tattoo? I love other people's tattoos! I'll live vicariously through them, and keep my skin clear:-)

  5. I soooo want a tattoo also. But yeah, it's so hard to decide when you know it's something you'll have forever! That geisha one is gorgeous, though. A bit bigger than I'd ever be brave enough to get, but definitely beautiful.
